What makes Elliosa Dual-Direction™ grip socks different?
Unlike traditional grip socks that only grip the reformer or floor, Elliosa Dual-Direction™ socks feature grip on both the inside and outside of the sock.
The outer grips provide traction against your reformer, mat or studio floor, while the inner grips help reduce your foot sliding around inside the sock. This gives you a more secure feel during Pilates, barre and other studio workouts.
Are Elliosa grip socks worth it?

Why do Elliosa socks have grips on the inside?
Your foot can still slide inside a traditional grip sock, even when the bottom of the sock is firmly gripping the reformer.
Elliosa's inner grips are designed to help reduce this movement between your foot and the sock, while the outer grips provide traction against your equipment or floor.
Are Elliosa socks good for Reformer Pilates?
Elliosa grip socks are excellent for Reformer Pilates because their Dual-Direction™ grip provides traction both inside and outside the sock, meaning your foot won't slip around inside the sock, and the sock will remain planted on the reformer.

85% cotton, 12% polyester and 3% spandex.
The combination provides softness and breathability with enough stretch for Elliosa's adaptive fit.
How should I wash my Elliosa grip socks?
Machine wash at 30°C or cold and avoid bleach and ironing. Tumble dry on low.
For the best longevity, we recommend treating your grip socks gently and avoiding high heat.
