Shipping

Pilates Supply Co. is committed to transparent shipping for your Pilates equipment. We offer several delivery options across Australia.

We currently use third-party carriers (e.g. TNT, etc.) and all products are shipped directly from our supply in NSW, Australia.


Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.  

As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.  

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.


Order Processing Time: 
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (before being handed over to the courier). We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  

If you do not receive shipping confirmation from us within four business
days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@pilatessupplyco.com.au.

Estimated Delivery Times: 
Metropolitan areas: 3-7 business days.
Regional/WA/NT: 7-10 business days.

 

Shipping options:

1. Complimentary depot shipping:
Shipping is FREE to your nearest depot on all orders to customers within Australian metropolitan areas. Remote areas will incur a $150 surcharge.

2. Residential Tailgate Delivery*:
Curb-side drop-off available to Australian metropolitan areas for a flat rate of $150. Remote areas will incur a $200 surcharge.

*Due to crate size and freight restrictions, some larger items are NOT available for residential/curb-side delivery. These items must be shipped to a depot:

Regional and Remote Area Policy
Please note that the online checkout cannot accurately calculate regional or remote costs. If you live in a very remote area, additional surcharges may apply. We will always contact you first, to discuss options, and if delivery to your area is not viable, you are welcome to cancel for a full refund. 

Definition of Remote: A place that is not close to any larger city or local depot of freighting/courier companies.
Cost review: Your order will be reviewed for delivery to regional/rural/remote locations
Surcharges: If additional freight costs or surcharges apply, you will be contacted and informed prior to shipping. 
Invoice for additional freight: Any additional costs are payable by the purchaser and will be invoiced separately, due within 7 days of being issued. 
Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund orders if shipping and logistics to a remote area are not viable. 


Depot Collection Requirements:
Please use the tracking link provided in your email to track your order's progress, as the depot is not required to contact you. 
A ute, van or trailer will be required to collect your order from the depot.
You will be responsible for loading the goods. You may need to bring an extra able-bodied person to help load the equipment.

General Delivery Notes:
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to a PO Box. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
If a delivery is missed, you may need to collect from the nearest depot, or incur a re-delivery fee.
The depot will hold your order for 5 days before returning them to us. 

 

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery, or do not agree to accept the delivery.

If you do accept delivery, please immediately take photos of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging. 

If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to support@pilatessupplyco.com.au, then visit our Returns page and lodge your return claim.
