At Pilates Supply Co., we are committed to transparent shipping. Because our products range from grip socks to heavy timber reformers, your order may ship in multiple packages from different warehouse locations.

Large Equipment
Pilates Reformers, Wunda Chairs, Ladder Barrels, Spine Correctors, etc. All large equipment is shipped directly from our NSW Warehouse, using third party couriers.

Complimentary Depot Shipping: FREE to your nearest freight depot for most Australian metropolitan areas.

Remote Surcharge: Very remote destinations may incur a shipping surcharge. We will contact you to discuss options if this applies to your order.

Kerbside Delivery: Available for most items as a premium service. This is Price on Application (POA). Please contact us for a custom quote.

Note: Due to crate size, some items (e.g., Studio Reformer Packages, Kauffer Half Trapeze) may only be available for Depot Delivery.

Enjoy a flat rate of $9.95 Australia-wide, or unlock FREE shipping automatically when you spend $100 or more.
Order Confirmation & Processing

Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received your order and pre-authorised your payment method.

Availability Check: We verify stock immediately. If an item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you via email.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.
Transit Times

Metropolitan Areas: 3–7 business days.

Regional / WA / NT: 7–10 business days.

Split Shipments: If your order contains items from both our NSW and WA warehouses, they will arrive separately. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each.
Depot Collection Requirements
If you choose Depot Shipping for large equipment, please note:

Tracking: Use your provided tracking link to monitor progress; the depot is not required to contact you.

Transport: A ute, van, or trailer is required for collection.

Loading: You are responsible for loading the goods and may need to bring an extra able-bodied person to assist.

Timeframe: Depots generally hold orders for 5 days before returning them to us.
Regional and Remote Area Policy
Online checkout cannot always accurately calculate regional or remote costs.

Surcharges: If additional freight costs apply, we will contact you prior to shipping. These are invoiced separately and due within 7 days.

Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund orders if logistics to a remote area are not viable.
Damages
Please inspect your packaging upon arrival.

Visible Damage: If you notice damage, make a note of it when signing or refuse the delivery.

Photos: Take immediate photos of the damaged packaging and the products inside.
