At Pilates Supply Co., we stand behind the quality of our equipment. We understand that sometimes a product might not be exactly what you were looking for, which is why we offer a 14-Day Return Policy.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility: To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Process: Email us at returns@pilatessupplyco.com.au with your order number. We will provide specific instructions on how to ship the package back to our NSW warehouse.

Note: Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

A 3% handling fee applies to all change-of-mind returns and will be deducted from your refund.

Condition Check: If items are returned with visual signs of use or without original packaging, a partial refund will apply at the discretion of Pilates Supply Co.
Damages & Issues
We take great care in packaging our products, but in the event of transit damage, we act quickly to resolve it.

Reporting: You must inspect your items upon arrival. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt when signing.

Timeline: Send photos of the damaged packaging and product to support@pilatessupplyco.com.au on the day of delivery.

Resolution: We will endeavour to replace damaged items as soon as possible. Please keep all original packaging, as it is required for the return process.

Note: Damage occurring after use is non-refundable unless covered under a specific product warranty.

Cancellations
To avoid return shipping fees, please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

Before Shipment: Cancellations received before the order has left our warehouse will receive a full refund.

After Shipment: If the item has already shipped, the request will be treated as a "Change of Mind" return. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and the 3% handling fee.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
